Product description
If you need to display a quantity on an assembly table or in your order picking process in narrow shelving systems, this is the right choice with the Pick-to-Light system. You can also control 2 x 7 colors on the dual LED in the process sequence.
This display has a display with a three-digit numerical quantity display. This compartment display variant is used depending on the picking process and the quantities required from a storage location. The maximum number of items that can be displayed is 999. The display itself complements the Pick to Light system very successfully.
It is of course possible to display container quantities by prefixing characters such as U (for outer packaging). Alternatively, in the Multi-Order-Picking process, target compartments (orders) on a picking trolley could be displayed on this compartment display. Furthermore, additional functions (such as shortage correction or zero passage control) can be activated via the +/- buttons. It can be combined with other compartment displays/components in a PTF system.

The display can only be purchased as part of a complete Pick-to-Light system. Individual pieces are not sold. For existing customers, we can of course also supply it as a spare part.
Why different system names?
Pick-to-Light
The method Pick-to-Light involves classic order picking with the aid of compartment displays. The Pick-to-Light display shows the removal quantity directly at the storage compartment. The Pick-to-Light system usually receives confirmation of the removal by pressing a button on the module.
Pick-to-Light
The term is often used in English-speaking countries instead of Pick-to-Light . The Pick-to-Light method is a Multi-Order-Picking method that focuses on the distribution of items that have just been picked to different orders. The method is classically used with a picking trolley (Pick-by-Cart).
Put-to-Light
The put-to-light method clearly defines the distribution of goods to the target compartments. A classic example of this is replenishment in a flow rack.
