When is the White Line the right choice?
The White Line is ideal for complex processes with clear workflows and a focus on flexibility. For applications with advanced requirements or additional sensor technology, other Pick-to-Light series and Pick-by-Light systems are available.
Assembly even faster and more cost-efficient
The new BUS system from Black-Line enables direct connection of the mounting profiles without additional clamps or separate cabling. This reduces the previous installation effort and lowers installation costs. The pick-to-light displays are simply clicked into the mounting profiles (quick-click system).
Each module is assigned a unique BUS address. This is assigned to a logical storage location name (alias) in the LUCA software and can be used directly. This makes modifications, expansions, or the replacement of individual modules simple and intuitive.

The Black Line is particularly suitable for complex and specialized picking processes with recurring procedures. Typical application scenarios include standardized warehousing, assembly, and production processes where clarity and cost-effectiveness are paramount.
How does the White Line differ from the other pick-to-light series?
The White Line features a versatile design that allows for particularly special integration directly into storage compartments.
As a display series, it is based on modern technical developments and is consistently designed for complex applications.
A special bus system allows mounting without clamps on the mounting rails, which simplifies installation and reduces assembly costs.
This combination makes the Black Line particularly suitable for economical pick-to-light applications with clear requirements.
Does the White Line have optical access sensors?
The White Line does not have any optical or optoelectronic access sensors.
The display PTL-N3Q-Black is instead equipped with a mechanical acknowledgment bar that enables automatic acknowledgment confirmation with a brief touch.
This solution is robust, reliable, and specially designed for standardized pick-to-light applications.
Optoelectronic sensors for contactless acknowledgment are only available in the high-quality Pick-by-Light Blue-Line as an additional option.
Why is the White Line designed to be particularly versatile?
The White Line was developed specifically for complex pick-to-light applications and has a wide range of different display models. An innovative, compact design without complex special options enables versatile and economical implementation with consistently high reliability. The focus is on special functions that are rarely needed in practice. The particularly economical Black Line is better suited for standard applications.
Can White-Line displays be combined with other pick-to-light series?
Yes. All Pick-to-Light displays use the same controller architecture and are compatible with each other. This allows displays from different series to be operated together within a Pick-to-Light system.
Although the Pick-by-Light Blue-Line uses different controllers, it can also be integrated into higher-level processes together with Pick-to-Light displays using the LUCA software.
