The use of projectors is widespread and well-known throughout the office. The professional Pick-by-Beam technology is used to great effect at LUCA for marking target locations, in the Multi-Order-Picking, and for outlining precision assembly stations. The simple configuration tools make it easy to customize the system.
A projector says more than a thousand words.

Order picking
This method is used at workstations where items are picked from small bins or placed into small bins. Unlike the Pick-by-Point® method, multiple locations can be selected simultaneously. Additionally, supplementary information or images can be projected onto surfaces such as tables, floors, etc. This method is highly productive when distributing items into small destination bins (Put-to-Beam).
Assembly stations
In assembly areas, beam projectors can display the outlines or exact positions of the parts being assembled. The system is very quick and intuitive to set up and learn. It is often used in conjunction with other monitoring methods and picking systems, such as cameras and laser systems.
Projector Technology
In continuous operation, the technology used must function with absolute reliability and precision. The devices are often installed vertically, which places special demands on their design. We source our products from the best manufacturers whose solutions are suitable for this application. We use only LED laser technology. The well-known issue of lamp lifespan is minimized, and the design is cost-effective. Our software includes built-in automatic monitoring mechanisms that preserve the life of the light sources during continuous operation. In harsh environments, the projectors are installed in special, actively ventilated, sealed, thermally monitored, and secure housings. Process and standby control is managed via the central LUCA-Server.
