The Pick-by-Light indicator has a slim design and no display, but is equipped with a mechanical acknowledgment button and is used in the standard version of the Pick-by-Light system for applications where no quantity display is required. This compartment indicator only signals the picking compartment (e.g., single item in the automotive industry).

With the standard version of the L-6, removal is confirmed using a confirmation button. This compartment display can also be used on its own for C items in combination with a central display. In this case, all C compartments of a shelf block are equipped with this display. Additional employee information can be shown on an info display. The compartment displays on the shelf can be switched on either sequentially or simultaneously.

In addition, the F key offers the option of storing functions (e.g., color change) in the pick-by-light system. The L-6 without sensor can also be used as a target display in sorting processes (pick-to-light), whereby the delivery to the compartment is either Pick-Radar or monitored by a scanner, confirmation button, or Pick-Radar .
