Product description
If you need to display a quantity on an assembly table or in your picking process in narrow shelving systems, this variant is exactly the right choice for the pick-by-light system. In addition, you can control 2 x 7 colors in the process flow on the dual LED.
This display has a three-digit numerical quantity display. This compartment display variant is used depending on the picking process and the quantities required from a storage location. A maximum of 999 items can be displayed. The display itself complements the Pick by Light system very successfully.
Of course, it is possible to indicate container quantities by using prefixes such as U (for outer packaging). Alternatively, in Multi-Order-Picking, target compartments (orders) could be displayed on a picking trolley on this compartment display. In addition, additional functions (such as minimum quantity correction or zero pass control) can be activated using the +/- keys. It can be combined with other compartment displays/components in a PTF system.

Buy
The display can only be purchased as part of a complete pick-by-light system. Individual items are not sold separately. For existing customers, we also supply it as a spare part.
Why different system names?
pick-by-light
The pick-by-light method is a classic picking method that uses compartment displays. The pick-by-light display shows the quantity to be picked directly at the storage compartment. The pick-by-light system usually receives confirmation of the pick by pressing a button on the module.
pick-to-light
The term is often used in English-speaking countries instead of pick-by-light. The pick-to-light method is a Multi-Order-Picking that focuses on distributing items that have just been picked to different orders. The method is typically used with a picking cart (Pick-by-Cart).
put-to-light
The put-to-light method clearly defines the distribution of goods to the target compartments. A classic example of this is replenishment in a flow rack.
